Vuelta a Castilla y Leon stage 2 goes to Lobato.

The Euskaltel-Euskadi team have claimed a second consecutive stage win at the Vuelta a Castilla y Leon, with Juanjo Lobato winning the second stage from Urueña to Palencia. Fränk Schleck gets one-year ban for doping.

Fränk Schleck has been handed a one-year ban as a result of testing positive for the diuretic Xipamide during last year’s Tour de France.
